Abstract/Summary:
With the increasing advancement of modern industrial informatization,the important position of industrial software in various aspects of industrial manufacturing is gradually becoming prominent.Industrial software promotes the improvement of productivity and production efficiency through digital means,which is of great significance in promoting the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry and improving industrial manufacturing level.However,with the business development and demand growth of traditional enterprises,the technical pressure of industrial software is also rising.In addition,due to the insufficient level of information technology in small and micro manufacturing enterprises,they often cannot independently complete the independent research and development of industrial software.Therefore,in order to enhance the competitive advantage of traditional enterprises,it is necessary to carry out technological innovation and upgrading in industrial software.In view of the above problem of industrial software,this thesis designs and implements an industrial software SaaS supporting system,aiming to promote SaaS based industrial software with distributed architecture and new application delivery models.The system adopts a distributed system based microservice architecture implementation,combined with the SaaS model,to complete the transformation of industrial software requirement development responsibilities from enterprises to SaaS service providers,and reduce the pressure on enterprise research or development.In addition,this thesis makes a detailed analysis of the key issues in the industrial software SaaS supporting system,for the multi-tenant problem of SaaS industrialization software,this thesis proposes a complete tenant data isolation storage model;in response to the SaaS resource scheduling problem,this article designs and implements an improved SAPSO algorithm based on particle swarm optimization.This thesis analyzed the requirements of industrial software SaaS supporting system in detail,determined the architecture and technical means used,analyzed the key problems and proposes corresponding solutions.Finally,based on these technical means and solutions,realized the industrial software SaaS supporting system,and tested the functional integrity and system stability.According to the module design principle,this system is mainly divided into six functional modules:user and tenant management,permission management,unified authentication center,microservices and industrial software and topology maintenance,mall and tenant subscription,and operation monitoring module.This thesis has completed the complete overview design,detailed design,key problem solving,system development and testing.Currently,the system has been tried out in several intelligent manufacturing companies in China and has achieved good results,which greatly facilitating users of manufacturing enterprises,helping manufacturing enterprises alleviate technical obstacles in the information process,and enabling enterprises to focus more on improving their core business competitiveness.
