In the period of Web2.0, Social Network Service (SNS) has been a quite attractive field for more and more innovators and investors. The biggest difference between SNS and other internet service is that SNS provides services based on human relations. And nowadays another attractive and perspective field is being paid attention to by more and more people, which is Mobile Social Network Service (MSNS). Compared with SNS, MSNS should make best use of mobile terminals, and should not only be responsible for connecting people but also take mobile scenarios into account. Though there have been a number of SNS applications, such as Facebook, kaixin001.com, xiaonei and MSNS applications, such as Twitter and Dodgeball, some problems are still unresolved and should be further and more deeply researched on. In this study, we will discuss a new MSNS system named Cloud and Terminal Collaboration MSNS (CTC-MSNS), meaning that this MSNS system consists of a combination of cloud and the client. In this system, the cloud and mobile client both are responsible for part of logic functions and data storage. CTC-MSNS system provides a mobile social platform and open API, so third-party applications can be developed and deployed on the platform. Finally, we design a specific real-time mobile social game called Mobile Hunter to testify the concept of MSNS. The game makes the MSNS game's mobility and sociability greatly enhanced and enriched MSNS applications.
