Nowadays, the development of Logistics has become the most important part of social economic growth. With the improvement of information technique like RFID, modern Logistics is developing toward an era of information, intelligent and visualization.This paper focuses on improvement of control of logistic process, introduces information technique like RFID to logistic management, and proposes the logistic information track system based on RFID/GPS/GIS, in order to realize the automatic information management. The objective is to realize whole process track of execution of logistic work inside node; such as full visual management of order execution, intelligent recheck of orders to replace manual review, realize whole process supervision of distribution and automatic recheck and warn on crucial points, so as to make sure the fine management of inner and outer logistic work of logistic mode. The details are given as bellows.Firstly, according to intelligent logistics information system requirements, paper established a system's main function modules, by defining the system user and Analyzing of user's business needs.Secondly, the author analyzes the major point of difficulty and innovation in techniques, especially for those key techniques referring to data collecting and fusion.Thirdly, System database was designed. The author uses StarUML5.0 to build the systematic use case diagram and based on the analysis of the diagram, the author use Power Desiger12.0 to design the data base for information system, thus, develops the back-end data base with oracle10.Fourth, System software was designed.Using the Eclipse development platform.The system adopts APPFUSE1.7, the integrated edition of J2EE framework to save time in system developing. Reliability of the system was verified.Finally, test the various subsystems of the system, the platform provides the following live domo features:goods open and in storage automatically, saving, inventory, normal out of storage and abnormal out of storage, automatic sorting and distribution, real-time supervision and track of whole logistic work process, management of system and non-system personnel and statistics of logistic operation jobs, full supervision of vehicles and drivers.
