With the country's financial supervision to strengthen and improve the level of financial liberalization, banking becoming more competitive, savings and loan spreads narrowed, making the bank increases the risk of traditional business reduced earnings, while the risk among low-cost small business, is increasingly becoming the focal point of commercial banks. Compared with the traditional business banks, mid business has two notable features:First, a wide range of business, the client requirements vary; Second, complex business processes. Intermediate business level of service reflects the bank's operational capabilities, therefore, can meet the flexible needs of the commissioning party, can support the rapid development of new business, and improve the bank's core competiti(?)ness as the key. This paper presents the object (?)riented analysis and design methods used in the development of mid business. T(?)is is based business platform between the Beijing postal savings gas collection (?)ystem development fees for the background, UML modeling language in syst(?) analysis and design of in-depth research. Collection of gas costs in the syster development process, as a project leader responsible for project management articipated in requirement analysis, system analysis and design. The gas collection (?)ee system by the background and function analysis, the system identifi(?) use cases, and in one of the main use case "network fee" an example of t(?) process of UML modeling, based on object-oriented analysis and design(?)hods establish static and dynamic models. First is to define use case model, as text describes in detail the use case scenarios, and thus draw the activity diagram, which defined the user needs; followed by the demand based on the definition of domain model and design model, using the noun phrase law recognizes the concept of class After the initial analysis screened the domain model, and the associated increase in property obtained by the use case domain model; and then a text-based use cases, in accordance with the MVC pattern extraction and analysis category, assign responsibilities for analysis and then draw class interaction map, Application of this process, the design model; final fusion domain model and interactive map content, enrich the methods section to draw the design class diagram, which completed the needs analysis-system analysis-system design modeling process. The gas payment system in March 2010 on the line, running in good condition. System to meet the networking needs of the collection of gas costs the business to achieve real-time transmission of data between systems, reducing the manual link, eliminating the potential risks of funds, improve the business management level. Therefore, object-oriented methods and UML modeling language study not only have some theoretical value, but also a good application in the middle of business development, has a strong practical significance.
