Research On Self-Optimisation Of Technologies Handover On LTE System

Handover self-optimization is one of the key technologies on SON technical system. The main task of handover self-optimization is to improve the users' experience of services and enhance handover performance.In respect to the handover self-optimization problems, the following three aspects are discussed in this paper:1. A new method was proposed which can track the handover performance and estimated load, and which is based on the analysis of the LTE system architecture, network interfaces and handover algorithm. And, It gave a basis for identify unusual handover scene and load balancing scenario. Further, in this paper, we gave the means to identify the handover scenes which was based on the basic rules.2. For mobile robust optimization,a kind of innovative methods have been proposed for improving the users' mobile robustness. Depending on the different handover scenarios, the paper design different handover parameter adjustment strategy; and the simulation verify the proposed method was effective.3. An effective method is proposed to achieve load balancing between cell in the typical scenario. Furthermore, an optimization method to achieve optimal cost method was designed.
