Design And Implementation Of The Telecom Package Financial Analysis System

Enterprise financial management is the core of modern enterprise management. In the telecom enterprise, managerial accounting which aims at supporting operation management is the important part of financial management. An indispensable task of managerial accounting of telecom operators is to make financial analysis of various packages and carry out benefit evaluation.The purpose of this paper is to design a financial analysis system for telecom package in order to manage and analyze package marketing. In this system, users can do the customization, management and analysis of package to realize its rational disposition. The research achievement of this project can be a useful tool for telecom enterprises which want to carry out managerial accounting and of great significance to elevating the management level of managerial accounting in the enterprises.This paper firstly researches the relevant software developing technology, analyzes and compares the structure of C/S and B/S and expounds the advantages of.NET development technology and COM interface. In the process of designing and realizing package analysis system, firstly, this paper expounds the general requirement, property requirement, operation environment of the system and detailed requirement of function modules, including user management, package management, and package analysis. According to the requirement, it designs the overall structure of the system, which is divided into three layers, that is, presentation layer, service support layer and data layer. This paper then focuses on the detailed design of core processing flow and corresponding service support. The presentation layer is the interface between users and system. In this layer, the mode service uses B/S model and is realized by ASP. NET; Data storage service uses C/S mode and is realized by Delphi. The service support layer is the major part of software realization, and its mode service uses the ADO NET operational database to realize loose coupling between data operation and service logical program. Data storage service gains data from original data file through COM component channel and then input it to database through ADO Connection component of Delphi.Finally, this paper tests the system and organizes its operation and implementation. The function and performance both reach the requirement of design, operating well.
