The Investigation Of The Factors That Influence The Trust Of P2P Mobile Payment

As advanced e-payment, mobile payment has great potential for development, and P2P mobile payment, a new mobile payment form is also facing with enormous challenges. As one of most important factors preventing user accept P2P mobile payment, trust issues have been widely appreciated. This paper from the user's perspective, using different methods of user research to find out the trust factors preventing user accept P2P mobile payment based on China's social background and technical conditions, then find out solution for every trust factor.First of this research, we used focus group and online questionnaire to survey the user's idea about the view and function needs of P2P mobile payment, and find out the factors that preventing user accept P2P mobile payment, then we did literature research and user research based on trust to find out the possible trust factors, and then confirem those factors by contrast test, we did a questionnaire to make sure the weight of every trust factor, after that we have established a trust model and design guidelines of P2P mobile payment, finally we design the prototype system on android platform, and the reliability of the prototype system was evaluated.The main results of this study includes four parts:1) The user's view and function needs of P2P mobile payment.2) A trust model including three kinds of trust factor: prepurchase knowledge,interface properties and informational content, prepurchase knewledge includes propaganda, other's recommender and influence of service provider, interface properties includes visual design, interface layout and interactive process design, informational content includes perceived risk and transparency of system,3) Design guidelines about controllable, professional and perceived risk of system.4) A prototyping A prototyping validated the design guidelines.
