Design And Application Of ERP-based Infrastructure Project Management System

Electric power enterprise is the important pillar of the national economy, which plays a very important role in the development of national economy. Power grid infrastructure projects is complex, workers less, management difficult. The management efficiency and cost during power grid construction directly affect the cost amortization and profit of project implementation period. Facing the reality of grid construction increasing funds and the urgent needs of project intensive control, grid enterprises must put forward effective solution to follow the development of the time. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is catering to such a demand.Through analysis of research and application status about domestic and international ERP system, the application situation of large enterprises and power enterprises, the paper pointed out that it is very necessary the electric power enterprise especially infrastructure project apply ERP. According to the overall design target of ERP infrastructure project management system and the principle of system design, this paper put forward the overall design thougut in Beijing power company. Through specific business process research, this paper had been designed electric power company characteristics of ERP-based infrastructure project management system including pre-project management, project management, project budget management, project schedule management, project service procurement, project material management, project completion management. Apply the management system to Beijing power company's infrastructure projects, and analysis these applications from the project decision-making and previous management, project planning, contract management, quality and safety management, information and documentation management. Through the practical application analysis of ERP management system in electric power enterprises, the paper pointed out the reality effect and enlightenment, and put forward constructive comments and suggestions for other power companies appling ERP management system.Combined example analysis and theory, the paper detailed research on application of ERP in electric power enterprise, and put forward some application proposal of ERP system in electric power enterprise to direct other electric power enterprises. Meanwhile, the power features ERP system is established which has some exploratory significance for the development of ERP later.
