Research And Development Of Fieldbus Network Control System Simulation

The fieldbus is the trend of automation control technology. Design a fieldbus network control system simulation platform for teaching and training purpose is necessary, but it is is rarely involves at home and abroad. In This papers,the Foundation Fieldbus is selected as the research object. The goal of the research is to development a fieldbus simulation system Using object-oriented technology of modularity, the inheritance, opening and the encapsulation, and useing the unified modeling language (UML) to describe. The paper has made some steps as follows.This paper firstly introduces the object-oriented simulation technology and foundation fieldbus technology, analyzes the composition of fieldbus system and the cooperation relations. In the paper, the modeling and realization process equipment also has been studied.This paper focuses on the AI, PID, AO function block.this paper describs the function blocks the mechanism and internal algorithm of object-oriented method.Introduces the frame of the simulation software, and the runing process and the development of human-computer interface(HMI).Finally, the work of the project is summarized, and the later work is prospected.In this paper, using object-oriented technology in the design of fieldbus network control system simulation platform has certain novelty.It is convenience to realize complex network control system simulation platform.
