On the base of TV talk shows and news interviews, there is a new program form– interview program. This kinds of programs explore human nature and the meaning of life and bring enlightenment to the audience by the life experiences and insights on life of audience in the interview. From the perspective of Mass Communication, interview program is a form of mass communication;from a psychological point of view, interviews is a communicative act among the host, the guest and the audiences. The host, guests and audience, as the three elements of an interview, the psychological interaction between them is essential to this program form, and even determine the success of the program.I selected the point of view, which is the combination of psychology and communication, based on journalism and communication, by establishing a framework with communication psychology and social psychology theory, to study. First, I defined the interview program on the point of view and discusses the importance of psychological interaction,combining communication and psychology; then had a static explain on the psychological structure and features,focuses on the cognitive and emotional of the host,the motivation of the guests and the group mind-set, the Special mind-set of the audience. On this basis, respectively, I discussed the models, processes and effects of psychological interaction between the host,guests and audience. In the research, the focus and difficult are the ways of the psychological interaction between the host and guests, the psychological influence and the effect on the interaction between the hose and audience. And I analyses the psychological crisis in the process of psychological interaction, for example"Hawthorne effect", and proposed the countermeasures. In this paper, I do research by the methods of searching Literature and information, classifying,illustrate and comparison.Because of the shortage of academic and information, I have much deficiency in this paper. When I tried to analyses the psychological interaction between guests and audience, the relations of the psychological interaction among host, guests and audience, I found that I could not research more deeply. If I want to do this research more deeply, I need more experience and information on the base of reference from the past achievement.
