With the improvement of living standards, their own health also began light to the red frequently. According to an authoritative surveyshows that,in the surveyed population, only 3% of people in the healthy state, 97% of people in the disease or the sub-disease state, the incidence of malignant disease increasing year by year. Such as cardiovascular disease, known as the top of time bomb,it risks to human health, its early symptoms are not obvious, once the outbreak was unimaginable harm. This makes it the demand for medical services continue to improve, the people want to know their physical health timely,it can diagnose the potential risk of various diseases early, and earn the valuable time of the prevention and treatment.As the influence of these factors,it make the promotion of the medical electronics industry. Medical electronics products are stable generally,operation simplely, small size, low price and many other features, especially for the popularization and application of home health care. People can understand their own health at home, but also help doctors to grasp the disease timely.Mobile medical electronic products are the most promising products in market, with the development of embedded technology, embedded system will become the main platform of mobile medical electronics product. This module used ARM9 series of microprocessor as the core, and based on the Linux operating system, the process of human blood pressure parameters as an example.This paper introduced how to design a general information processing module, this mobile medical electronic system applies to handle different human physiological information. This paper analyses the design process of hardware platform, mainly discusses the following methods: the transplanting of bootloader ,it based on embedded hardware platform;the transplanting of Linux kernel, the design of driver, the design of the relevant applications, GPRS wireless communications.Using this information processing module, it can measured the human's blood pressure, and can report the physiological parameters to the remote medical service center detectly and timely, and establish medical digital records for medical experts who can analysis and diagnose the disease timely.And this module integrate various peripherals interface, it benefit the integration of multifunctional medical system.With the continuous development of medical service, digitization, portable naturalization and informationization is the future development trend of medical service industry. This information processing module has a broad market, it is suitable for family's daily health care, the popularization of community medical application,the telemedicine, and the development of sharing the advanced medical service.
