Today the mainstream qualitative analysis of remote sensing technology both abroad and domestic has developed to a quantitative study, while quantitative radiometric calibration of remote sensing technology is a prerequisite of it. The situation of sensor can be detected through using radiometric calibration stability of the sensor technology,.It is a multi-source remote sensing data normalization prerequisite to have comparable data between multiple sources in order to improve the integration between multiple data and data utilization . Multi-source data normalization equals the normalization of data whicn are obtained from different satellite ,as well as the nomalization of data in different time ranges .In this process ,the output of the product, theoretic and Economic values will be achieved through the method of satellite remote sensing ability.. Traditional calibration technology is purely remote sensing technology, and because radiometric calibration techniques are emerging industries, research in this area is still in research stage, in practice there is no good effect, since research results cannot be quickly converted into application mode.In this article, I will base on the traditional multi-source radiometric calibration of remote sensing. With the suport of scientific research projects in 863 . "The key inter-regional integrated surveillance of remote sensing technology", I will combine the computer programming and calibration technology together in order to get the applicational method of air, water and satellite capacity CCD sensor camera application. Moreover , I will try to apply the three applications in the platform of "The satellite remote sensing data processing system,".Some results have been achieved in my ariticle. 1)Construct aerosol optical depth retrieval algorithm and apply it to multi-sourceremote sensing data processing systemThis paper proposes a mixed use of C# and the IDL programming against CE318 sunphotometer aerosol optical thickness data obtained by the inverion,and ultimately gets 550nm aerosol optical depth algorithm.2)Construct the apparent radiance calculation algorithm and apply it to multi-source remote sensing data processing system.The algorithm mixed C # and the IDL programming technology apparent radiance data processing, this approach abandons the past, apparent in the remote sensing data processing on the traditional model, the application of computer technology to the field of remote sensing, making data processing more efficient , more portable, easier.3) Construct water radiance and image inversion algorithm applied to multi-source remote sensing data processing system.The traditional image retrieval radiance meter multi-source remote sensing data processing as an important part of data collection is still in : professional software as used with the code, a software which can only handle one mode of data collection, resulting in data processing with a longer, less efficient, the characteristics of poor portability. In this paper, computer programming technology, the water radiance image retrieval from data acquisition to processing and then integrating them into a capacity of three can handle any waters of the measured data and can largely increase the water radiance image inversion efficiency.
