Flexible array type force sensitive sensors have been widely used in various flexible electronic devices because of their flexibility and flexibility.However,for flexible array type force-sensitive sensors,the pressure evaluation is still a challenge,mainly because the flexible array type force-sensitive sensors are affected by the materials and processes they manufacture,resulting in inconsistent output signals of each sensitive point on the array.Therefore,the flexible array type force sensitive sensor is difficult to be calibrated and cannot form a large-scale commercial application.In view of the fact that the current flexible array type force sensitive sensor fails to solve the problem of accurately measuring the pressure distribution information,this paper uses 60 rows and 60 columns of flexible array type force sensitive sensors as materials,and conducts various research on its static calibration in order to solve the problem.The problem of flexible array type force sensor in practical applicationsIn this thesis,the static characteristics of piezoresistive materials constituting flexible array force sensors are studied.The sensitivity,linearity,hysteresis and repeatability of piezoresistive materials are investigated.It is difficult to analyze flexible array type force sensitive sensors from the aspects of material properties.the reason.Then,using the gas pressure theory,the pressure loading system of the intelligent flexible array force sensor is designed.According to the preset pressure value,the system applies standard pressure to the sensor,and the pressure error is less than ±0.2kpa.Then,the calibration method of the flexible array type force sensor is studied and optimized.The calibration data of the flexible array type force sensor is applied to the sensor using the pressure loading device system.The calibration data is analyzed and the threshold value is optimized.The sensor calibration data determines the calibration linear range of the sensor,and then divides the calibration data into different calibration lines to determine the calibration line to which the sensitive points of the sensor array belong.Furthermore,a neural network method is proposed to establish a sensor sensitive point classification model,which simplifies the calibration algorithm and calibration time of the flexible array force sensor.Finally,compared with the traditional calibration method,the calibration method of this paper has greatly improved the calibration accuracy and algorithm running time.The research results show that the calibration accuracy and static calibration of flexible array type force sensor are 2%F·S,which can meet the general application requirements of flexible array force sensor.
