Initial crystallization temperature is the temperature that the aluminum electrolyte begin to crystal or the temperature when the aluminum electrolyte from liquid into solid. Initial crystallization temperature is one of the important technology parameters. The part that the temperature of electrobath higher than the initial crystallization temperature is called superheat. If the superheat is more higher it will affect the efficient of the electrolyze and can cause resource waste. If the superheat is more lower it will cause the solidification of the electrobath and can damage the electrobath. So the accurate measurement of the initial crystallization temperature is very important to the production of the aluminium electrolysis and the resource saving. At present the equipmnet of the initial crystallization temperature detection are based on the mode of offline. The period of this measurement method is very long so it can't the reflect the temperature of initial crystallization on time.Design an online equipment for initial crystallization temperature detection,it can measure the temperature of initial crystallization on-site.It has the advantage of short measurement time,measured accurately and so on. This paper research the implementation of data exchange of the whole system that the data from collection,storage, to the display of the curve.The work this paper have finished:(1) First introduced the scheme of the initial crystallization temperature detection system. Analysis the basic measuiement principle of the Initial crystallization temperature that based on method the step cold curve.(2) The design of the data acquisition system. Introduce the measuring principle of the thermocouple. The design of the signal disposal circuit.(3) The logic control of FPGA.Mainly include the control of A/D sampling and the data store.
