With the high request on the accuracy of the weighing technology, the traditional mechanical balance hardly meets the demand. With the rapid development of modern sensor technology,electronics and computer technology, electronic balance makes the repaid progress. Most of electronic balance pressure sensors & MCU-based architecture.Due to the price is expensive,the main stream high-precision electronic balance can not be widely used. This paper designs a new electronic balance, which combines the leveraged balance and electromagnetic balance, it also applies MEMS acceleration sensor as the main components, through moment balance theory to measure the weight of the measured object.The paper has the following points:(1) Analyze using the acceleration sensor and force transducer sensor to achieve the possibility of electronic balance features under the moment equilibrium condition.(2) Designs the Mechanical structure of electronic balance, analyzes the mechanical properties of the bearing.(3) Designs the hardware structure of the signal processing system based on the C8051F021 sensor; supplys the hardware circuit diagram and software flow chart, and writes the programs.The electronic balance based on the MEMS acceleration sensor has the advantages of novel design, simple structure, small and moderate accuracy, the paper makes some try of new electric balance designing.
