Nowadays, people pay more and more attention to the safety of these dangerous, so control is especially important. And petrochemical plant safety is the core to prevent the accidents. Equipment accidents will cause severe consequences; therefore, people focus on the measures to assure the device safely and reliably.Meanwhile, with the development of our society, information management system is playing an increasingly important role in various economic activities. Enterprise's leaders, managers and professional technical persons have deeply realized that it can be more effective used only through information management system. The petrochemical safety information management is to protect the workers's life and ensure the equipment operation effectively, with crucial social and economic benefits.Considering the prevent devices of the Sanan shallow condensing gas purification separation system of CNPC, combined with FMEA analysis measures, and also referenced the historical accidents data, we can do some risk assessment, determine the risk level, and finally propose the effective risk control measures.This article does some risk management through the hazard identification of Sanan shallow condensing. And also combined with a specific flowchart, here I design out "Sanan shallow condensing device information management system of CNPC", which can effectively reflect the need for computer management of gender, and also have realistic meanings in protecting personal safety and property safety. |
