Based on the protocol of MIL-STD-188-141B,there are five burst waveforms BW0~BW4,which support different parts of system in the physical layer of 3G HF radio station. The BW1 which is used for transaction management and high-speed data transfer is focused on in this thesis. The emphases of the thesis are that the system can transmit data correctly and the performance can meet the requirements of the protocol. The sending schemes are analyzed and the receiving schemes are designed in the thesis. The key technologies of the receiving schemes are researched in this thesis, including sliding correlation-FFT, frequency-offset estimation, symbol synchronization and channel estimation. The system is simulated with MATLAB, and the results show that the system can meet the requirements of 141B protocol completely. That is a feasible scheme. Then the schemes are realized on the TMS320C6713 DSP hardware platform, the results tested by channel simulator basically shows that the schemes are high performance data transmission system.
