Research And Development On The Visualization System For Enterprise Office Management And Scientific Management

In today's society, information technology change enterprise survival way thoroughly. Along with the enhancement of enterprise informationization level, various data management systems are widely applied in the enterprise. However, with the constant expansion of the scale of the enterprise and the business market increasingly open, massive historical data in system are accumulated. Visualization technology is in this context came into being, it can fast extracte the information enterprise concerned from the huge amount of data and show it to user.Firstly, this paper focuses on studies the basic theory of visualization technology, and summarizes the theoretical model, model visualization methods and data types.Secondly, the system design principle and system development environment have been analyzed, and a deep research of data access technology (ADO and BDE) were done.Third, the office management and scientific management visualization system development have been designed. The features and functions of office automation system and product data management system were summarized. The basic structure of enterprise databases have been analyzed, and based on this, according to the system design principle, the general structure and the each module function of visual management system were been proposed, Several key techniques of visual system have been solved: real-time dynamic flowchart generation technology, product tree generation technology, data extraction technology and interface control technology. Storage way of enterprise data in a database has been studied, and for being convenient to data extraction, the database user-defined functions have been coded. The codes of generating flow chart and product tree have been written, and its feasibility and its rationality have been proved by examples.Finally, office and scientific research management visualization systems development have been completed using C++ Bulider. The information of database system has been showed to users simply and intuitively, which make it possible for user to get rid of the data sea. System realizes the information mining and the integrated display, improves the enterprise information construction level and integration degree.
