Research On The Pre-processing Of Sructure Finite Element Method And Application For The Analysis Of The Camera Device

With the development of the finite element method and engineering increasingly complex, the pre-processing of finite element method related to the simulation model has become a key. This paper studies the pre-processing of finite element method in the three key technologies, analysis of the various parts of the finite element simulation results for the role and influence, and their practical application in engineering was studied.Firstly, that from the CAD model to the CAE model is a conversion process, the simplification and the modification of the simulation model are required before a detailed study in the process, made a number of typical examples of the simplified model component and repair methods.Secondly, the paper studies the connection with the various components of the model setup and mesh for the two key technologies, and some practical applications typically encountered in setting methods of the connection and the mesh method are studied. To CAD component model, connection and mesh of the model in the different settings cases, the simulation results will be different.Finally, the camera device model for further study of these three key technologies in the practical application of engineering methods and simulation has been in research, the results of the camera device model in correctly pre-processing method was validated reasonable.
