In this paper,it studies a number of factors impacting on repeater antenna isolation. The repeater antennas (donor antenna and server antenna) are optimized and designed to direct at a certain of funambol. We select a binary array antenna with a corner reflector as a donor antenna; a binary array antenna with a similar corrugation plate reflector as a server antenna. In addition, it is given a second design of the server antenna having the same structure with the donor antenna. It is described the design and simulation process of relevant antenna in detail in this paper, especially focusing on local angle radiation suppression and backward radiation overall suppression. The isolation of equivalent physical antennas is tested and debugged. With achieved isolation of 95-105dB, repeater antenna can meet the demand of repeater units with a high gain. Through the analysis of experimental results, this paper also presents the possible causes for the differences between theoretical and experimental values.
