With the global economic integration and development of Internet technology, Chinese textile industry, as one of the traditional industry, is facing increasing challenges. The industry needs an economical, efficient and practical ERP system to meet the needs of enterprise informatization. However the existing ERP products are difficult to adapt to the traditional textile industry needs because of its versatility, general and high prices.This ERP system designed and implemented by this thesis has highly practical, especially to the sample processing type enterprises. The system uses the B/S framework, JBOSS Application Server, SQL Server 2000 database server, using JavaScript and Ajax with JSF to display web page. The main works done are as fallows:(1) Designing the system with eight functional modules based on the actual survey of enterprise, knowledge of ERP systems theory, and detailed analysis of the actual needs. The system meets the practical, efficient, simple design goals.(2) Studying JBOSS Seam development framework deeply, including Seam context components, Bijection mechanism, EJB Relational Mapping, JBOSS Rules, using JavaScript and Ajax with JSF to display web page.(3) Proposed a business process design method based on JBPM rules engine to make enterprise business rules and application independent, and in this system, implemented this method.(4) In-depth study of the ERP system's security mechanism. The system has four-level security protection, and it has a copy protection mechanism to make code security.
