Study Of Construction Of Agricultural Information Generalizing System

the agricultural generalizing informationizing system have been required in agricultural field since the coming of information age which brought enormous impact on all industries and business. Agriculture is the basic national industry, while the informationization in agriculture is always laggard behind others. The information technology and the agricultural generalization system were feasibly integrated in this research, thus those information technology like network could serve for agriculture effectively. And an integral and assembled service platform was attempted to build which could widely connect the information resources, information centers and lower rank generalizing systems, productively the information resources and information standard could be unified and serve the agriculture more efficiently. The research results show that:1,Agricultural informationalizing system is consist of information resource, information center, county receiving station, country basal organization, purposing on collection, process and transmission of data from internet, then converting information into knowledge.2,the information resource of the system include information carrier and organization, and have attributes of objectivity, integrity, transitivity, activity, renewability and tenants-in common.3,The operation mode of county and country receiving station are constituted and the function and application of information and industry chain are evaluated in detail.4,The guarantee from policy, economy and technology are constituted and analyzed to ensure the construction of the system.5,The difficulties of construction of Hunan Agricultural informationalizing system are intensively analyzed and listed:the low level and disproportion of agricultural labor, the lag in agricultural industrialization, small necessity of agricultural information, low rate of coverage of internet, lockage of marketing direction of agricultural information service, deficiency of IT talents specializing on agricultural information, imbalance of economy and industrial structure in various ecological economical regions. The solution targeting at those issues are worked out: the leadership of governments at all levels, construction and improvement of the agricultural technological database, reinforcement of internet service station, the construction of informationalizing agricultural model base, emphasis of cultivation of agriculture-oriented talent.
