Analysis And Design On Heilongjiang Modern Agricultural Information System

Party National Congress should call for the construction of modern agriculture, developing the rural economy and increasing the income of farmers. It is a major task to build a new socialist countryside. For several years, the Central Document No.1 stressed the need to actively promote the construction of agricultural information, full use and integration of agricultural information resources, to enhance information services for rural areas.This paper analyzes the current application situation of domestic and international agricultural information system firstly. Through analysis of current status of rural communications in Heilongjiang, the means of information dissemination in rural areas and technical characteristics of mobile information, it carried out a feasibility analysis for the development of agricultural information system in Heilongjiang Province based on mobile information technology, that pointed out the advantage in using mobile information technology, to develop the agricultural information system. Based on the investigation for the target customers in the demand of Heilongjiang rural markets, the paper analyzed and designed preliminary function for the needs of the agricultural information system of Heilongjiang Mobile based mobile information technology. Finally, it designed overall capabilities of the agricultural information system's application platform, customer-facing front-end publishing business functions, business process for front-end customers and management functions background. In this paper, it enables farmers to transfer and distribute agricultural information needed through the WEB, SMS, WAP, IVR and other mobile information technology to solve the problem of information transmission in rural areas effectively, make agricultural information be real "villages and households."...
