The Design And Implementation Of Small And Medium Warehouse Management System

This thesis is mainly about the design and implementation of small and medium warehouse management system. Usually, the management of enterprise is very complex and troublesome. Because the category of materials is very much, the channel of ordering materials, the management and the flows of ins and outs is different, and the kinds of planning and statistics reports are various, obviously the methods of management are not quite similar. So it is very necessary to achieve computerization of the management of store bill, and we should make specific schemes according to different situation. Only in this way can the level of enterprise management be improved and then the work efficiency can be improved.The system was implemented and developed in accordance with the requirements of the software engineering. System Modeling worked throughout the whole system, in the requirements analysis, general design, and detailed design, the author gave many detailed UML use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams, etc.The system is mainly in Net development platform, Visual Studio 2008 on the use of C# object-oriented programming language, except a subsystem using Java.Using Microsoft SQL Server 2005 database management system managed data, the system is CS architecture framework. During the implementation of the system, we made the user complete manifold different function in one window which realized the design purpose that decreased window interface and reduced operation steps and made the whole system more simple and direct and easily to use.The whole Store Bill Management System should include store management, material management, store bill management, and other models. Of all the models,the store bill is the kernel and the most important part. In the light of actual conditions, the system centers in store bill management, programs the management of store bill, and also related with the system of personnel management, rights management, customer management, and data content statistics report, which must be achieved partly. The development of this system bases on the use of software engineering and design principles, and using software engineering methods can greatly improve efficiency and reduces the difficulty of testing and maintenance. Therefore, this paper also uses the software engineering point of view and steps, from requirements analysis, outline design, detailed design, code implementation and testing of the system described in detail.
