With the social development and improvement of living standards, function is not the only standard when people choose products. Whether the product is attractive, is that easy to use and what kind of experience. These become the major factors bring the consumers into the desire of buying. So in addition to ensure that products of its function, how to meet consumer requirements for aesthetic appearance is now an important goal for businesses and designers in the product development process.In industrial design the product modeling process always accompanied by a large number of evaluation and decision-making. Usually designers are always subjective evaluation and decision-making emotionally. But the scientific and technological development and design of complex objects Put forward higher requirements for the product design. Rule of thumb and intuition to guide the evaluation design has been unable to meet the requirements of the times, and a rational, scientific evaluation system is a general trend. Evaluation of product modeling is not just the choice and evaluation of design, is also the improvement and perfection of technical design, aesthetics, human factors.Based on the design evaluation, research and analysis methods, with eye-tracker experiment and knowledge of Kansei Engineering, this article establish a scientific, objective, accurate and practical evaluation method of industrial design to provide a reliable basis for evaluation for businesses and designers.This study is divided into two parts:Evaluation methods and the application of evaluation methods. FAHP mainly through consumer demand for the product with the principles of industrial design to determine the objectives and hierarchical model of design evaluation; combination of Kansei Engineering to develop the knowledge reviews and evaluation criteria set; organize the eye tracker experiment and the questionnaire to measure the weight coefficients of the standards. Data analysis will come to a comprehensive evaluation. Finally, an instance of the use of evaluation and analysis of samples will be a Detailed description of the design evaluation method in practical application, prove its feasibility.
