Research On The Core Competence Of City Traffic Broadcasting

After systematic overview and analysis on the current situation of city traffic broadcasting, especially their developing predicament, this paper takes Hangzhou traffic economic broadcast, that is, Hangzhou Traffic 91.8 as a research object and does case analysis on it. The analysis of the core competence of Hangzhou Traffic 91.8 goes on with five aspects, such as locking mobile populations, providing multi-information, positively dealing with crisis and emergency, insisting on humanism and doing visible broadcasting, which all aim to providing the industry a successful case of branding media core competence through creation. At the meanwhile, bases on the thorough analysis of Hangzhou Traffic 91.8, this paper does a further discussion on the core competence of the city traffic broadcasting through following five aspects:broadening the traffic informative coverage, opening pluralistic programs, strengthening its brand effect, developing mobile after-sales service and achieving multi-cooperation among different parties.
