System for that work provide reference data, realize the cognizance of the auxiliary judgment, and the recognition of the check and supervision to play a positive role. The overall consumption statistics can be used to guide the school supermarkets, refectory etc of operation and management.The system combines the internal data processing method based on the database with the external data access method based on B/S model, classified as two parts: "data integration processing module" and "WEB data access module". The "data integration processing module" Using Visual Basic 6.0 as a development platform, enables students information, daily consumption information data to be integrated.WEB module is built using ASP technology, to achieve the university, college-level hierarchical rights management, data query function, graphics function and so on. Through the processing, integration, application of the daily consumption data from the campus cards, a secondary evaluation of the certification of the students with economic hardships is achieved. Application of the system will support digital management decision for the relevant management departments in high school, and improve the efficiency and fairness of the students'certification,at the same time the system can make the consumption on statistical and make the result displayed with histogram, pie chart form.This paper describes a system of research, development and implementation process:the requirement analysis, dsystem design, module development, data access, processing and system deployment.
