Jiangxi E-government Opening Network Planning And Design Of Upgrading

With the further development of informationalization technology, many governments in different countries and regions have strengthened the development and utilization of government resources. On one hand, they spare no effort to build national information infrastructure; on the other hand, they are,committed to government informationalization using information technology to build e-government.Since its initial launching in 2002,the Jiangxi ProvinceE-government network has achieved a province-wide information exchange and sharing of the government implemented resources efficiently.It also has promoted the development of government information,administrative efficiency and decision-making level,and the province's economic and social information development. But the system can not meet the needs of rapid growth in users, while a number of new business applications of national e-government can not be implemented on existing networks. To adapt to new developments, it is imperative to upgrade the original e-government network—On one hand, we need to replace the existing outdated equipment, increase the link bandwidth in cities and counties, unified Internet exports. On the other hand, we needs a new network to connect the existing network and the State Administration smoothly, also do a good job on the initial planning of IP address resources, and make cities and counties in network management,meanwhile implementation of various new business must be fully taken into account.This article discusses the external network of Jiangxi E-government and do a detailed needs analysis in the upgrade project. On the basis of depth study of related technologies such as the BGP+MPLS VPN services provided, IP QoS services,I also proposed an overall planning of e-government network upgrading project; designed and implemented the e-government for the MPLS VPN network;planned and implemented the whole network routing protocols and routing strategies foration;the implemention of the OSPF MD5 under MPLS VPN environment. I did the implementation and testing on several key technologies, and finally summarized in this paper.
