| Electronic weighting apparatus is widely used in various walks of life as its facilities for weighting .With the development of information technology, a vast amount of weighting-electronic datum are processed by computer more and more .As the weighting management system is applied vastly, productivity is increased greatly.In this thesis, a example of research and application on weighting management system is presented, and it is also a whole process of data base application system. The paper is concerned about weighting management system, mainly including the following sections: system overview, demand analysis, synoptic design, elaborate design, system verification etc. In the section of system overview, the background and the preparation of weighting management system are described; in the section of demand analysis, the system-data flowchart on user's demands and guidance of is made a conclusion; in the section of synoptic design, how to design the system database and module of the system is represented; in the section of elaborate design, how to achieve the details of functional module is elaborated ; and in the section of system verification, test methods and the whole test cases are enumerated.The weighting management system has so much advantages such as easy operation, a friendly interface, flexibility, practicality, safety, to satisfy the demands of users, with much more functions such as goods weighting, data recording, system setting, data maintaining, data statistics, data backup etc, including printing ,amendment on system configuration according to individual weighting process control, adding and deleting of users, cargoes and clients, inquiry of weighting records, report generation, data reduction etc,.By testing and practical use, the weighting management system mentioned in this thesis is proved to meet the needs of the medium-sized and small enterprises.
