In recent years, the quickly development of the computer applies and the internet technique has a great impact on the people's lives and production. With the standardization, collectivize and internationalization of the garment industry, the resources management of the company that need scientific management and proper distribution. From purchase to produce of the materials in the garment company, even delivery, every process are all combination of the person and machine. How to make it more perfect, it will be a big challenge for the manage systerm of the company. The application and the development of the computer, the promotion of the information management system, that provide a solving way for the garment company. Garment is a manual acting industry that needs more people to enteries, so how to manage the worker will be a chief problem for the company. First, for example, the attendance and the accommodation, how to solve this kind of problem that will be very important for the development and management of the company; Second, from the materials purchasing, distribution, cutting to delivery etc. Many processes that need to keep tracking of the quality and the quantity. In this process, there will be a lot of data information, report, and many documents need to update and pass on, if the management is just depend on the people, maybe it is can not satisfy the production. Last, the statistics of the workload and the salary are also complex. The monthly salary of the thousands workers increase more pressure to the financial department. So, the research of the resources management in the garment industry is very importment and necessary.This project mainly point at the situation of management, it devides into human resource, employee attendance, payroll, fabric, accessory, production, cutting, sewing, packing, and so on. Human resource, employee attendance, payroll are all responsible by myself, these items will be discuss exactly in the end of the article.(1)The human resource include: the records of the basical information of the employees, the interview information, organization structrual chart, and calculate the annual leave automotively, fingerprint information.(2)The emp. Attendance includes: shift scheduling, employee scheduling, attendence enquiry, initialize attendance, collect and import data of time clock, the application of the overtime, set the parameter. (3)The payroll includes: initialize data, payroll input, employee payoff, payroll enquiry, customize report, make the disk of the bank, set the parameter.Lastly, this artical summarizes the process of the complete work, put forward the advices of the improvement and how to do the further work systematically.
