Robot simulation technology is an important part of robot research. With the deepening of robot research and continuous development of the field of robotics, robot simulation system,as a safe, reliable, flexible and convenient tool, plays an increasingly important role in design and research of robot. Simulated robot not only owns realistic appearance, but also has real robot kinematics, kinetics, providing researchers with research-friendly platform, which resolves operation problems in the process of robot design and manufacture to avoid the possible accidents and unnecessary losses caused by direct entity operation.Meanwhile, simulation results also provide an effective reference for manufacture of robot. In recent years, many fully functional simulation softwares come out. It is obvious that robot simulation system already have many impacts on theory and practice.The simulation platform is designed to meet the project requirements,which wanna build a simulation system with good human-computer interaction, and efficient graphics and physics simulation. It is mainly targeted at congcong robot.But it can also support other types of robot. Thus, the design of this robot will be just used as an example to introduce function and performance of the platform and the way to complete the system analysis, design and implementation from software engineering point.This paper will base on the basic knowledge of the field of robot simulation ,explore key issues from simulation platform, and analyze specific technologies associated with the theoretical knowledge, and finally present the corresponding solution .
