In the production scheduling system, the core content of the study is the scheduler, which plays an important role in the modern manufacturing industry. For the complex requirements of today's manufacturing industry,it is not only need to work out new, more practical, more reasonable scheduling algorithm, but also need to work out a better scheduling system model, a more reasonable scheduling system structure from the perspective of the production system , as well as better scheduling methods, techniques and scheduling strategy, which is the starting point of this study. In this paper, through the application of the multi-agent theory and the corresponding knowledge point, with the actual combination of production processes, thus establishing a multi-agent production scheduling system and studying it.In the systematic analysis of the current development in the multi-agent technology of the production scheduling at home and abroad and the optimization algorithm, based on the actual needs, modeling agent in system, It divided the system into six categories: task agent, equipment agent, resources agent, resource management agent, task management agent and equipment management agent. Considering the characteristics of various agents and the relationship among them, I used hybrid system structure to complete the system architecture, divided the system into resource module and the task module, as well as analyses and design the communication mechanisms and negotiation strategies between Agents to complete the interaction and cooperation among various agents. According to the problem's conditions and constraints, the introduction of genetic algorithms allocates the general task, describes the design of algorithms and processes. Through the simulation analysis, we obtained the effectiveness of the algorithm, and comparing with a number of algorithms which shows the superiority of it. Finally, combing the multi-agent technology and genetic algorithms completes the system scheduling.Implemented the production scheduling system based on multi-agent. Through systematic analysis and design, combining with the actual demand to achieve production scheduling system based on multi-agent. The system's successful operation and test results show that the feasibility and correctness of the establishment of production scheduling and the using genetic algorithms based on multi-agent in this paper.
