With the rapid development of information technology,the paperless office also became an inevitable trend of constructing economical authority for the government administrative institution. The rapid dispatching and effective management of the land compensation resources, more effective coordination of collaborative work problems between diffrent departments, realizing the efficient coordination office, project management system for land compensation become the urgent task.This paper introduces a project management system for land compensation's design and implementation. This system adopts J2EE-based three tier of system structure, namely: the data layer, the business layer and the client layer. The data layer stores the various resource data all together; the J2EE application server of the business layer realizes the various business logic processing functions; the client layer provides the interface that the function displays and consumer operation.Through a in-depth research of the system's actual demand and a detailed design,the following results are obtained:1. This paper briefly introduces the basic situation of the current land expropriation compensation related J2EE technologies used by during development.2. Then the paper introduces the description of the system's actual demand , and the detailed design of the system are given. This system adopts modularization design method and is divided into a number of functional modules.3. Finally, using two most important module as examples, the paper describes the concrete implementation method of the system in detail.The software has been used in land compensation, and it can optimize the resource associated with land compensation, thereby reduces the management work burden, so that resources are effectively utilized.
