From 2002,the first blog ring appeared in China. The blog had developed rapidly and popularly. But with the development of mobile communication technology and Internet technology, blog is gradually replaced by the micre-blog and become the mainstream of information exchange. The tendency of Internet-based and pan-media opened application of the first generation blog, the concept of sustained high Internet penetration rate and the current media consumers but also producers produced a new platform similar to micro-blog.Today, the convenience ,openness, freedom, interaction of the Micro-blog had become more and more popular. As a kind of the media with the common and roots person character, a large number of people involved it. Why is the Micro-blog lead to the trend of the new media and not the other media platforms? The emergence of a new thing and lead to the fashion trend should has its own unique advantages. It has attracted the attention of many scholars as the cultural phenomenon. From the perspective of communication to interpret the phenomenon of Micro-blog communication in this text, to research its communication character comprehensive and multi-angle is very necessary.This article is divided into five parts. The first chapter is an introduction, to introduce the background , purpose and significance of topics. The second chapter introduces the definition and development of the Micro-blog, to analyze the background of its production and introduction in China. The third chapter stresses the propagation characteristics of Micro-blog reading. This chapter analyze carefully the modes of transmission to found its unique character. From the five elements of communication : communicator ,information, Medium, audience, effect to descript its communication feature respectively. Chapter IV interprets the Micro-blog on the impact of the traditional theory of communication from the perspective of communication. Chapter V is to introduce the some of diversification about the communication. For example the construction of the public sphere, evangelist responsibility, the spread of the value of Micro-blog and so on .
