Design And Implementation Of Management Information System For Kindergarten

Kindergarten plays an important role in basic education, especially in this knowledge-based society with rapid growth of information technology.Kindergarten undertakes the historical mission of training qualified people for the new century. Therefore, establishing a scientific and efficient information management system becomes a top priority for kindergarten managers.Traditional management system is not efficient enough to manage teachers and children. The education industry can be revolutionized by the rapid development of computer networks and computer software. With the information system built up for kindergarten, not only can management efficiency be greatly improved, but also management cost can be largely reduced, which will contribute a lot to create a competitive kindergarten.Through the research on web-based small-scale database,combined with different requirements for managing the kindergarten, our goal is to develop an advanced and user-friendly kindergarten management information system to solve the problem such as management inefficiency and low accuracy, unreasonable performance appraisal system, especially the computation problem for the volume of child catering nutrition recipes.According to the problem existing in the current kindergarten management system, our system achieves the following features:Kindergarten principal management: Helping the principal have all the information related to the kindergarten rapidly, accurately and thoroughly. Human resource management:Setting up archive for teachers, assigning classes to teachers, recording rewards and punishments, evaluation of teaching. Children management:Recording all the information about children in the kindergarten and their parents, automatically organize, classify and archive all the information. Diet and nutrition management:Providing a full-featured tool for scientific catering and encyclopedia-alike scientific nutrition analysis system, performing data processing for nutrition catering and nutritional analysis.
