With advances in technology in recent years,particularly the emergence of new technologies are changing the way people live and consumption patterns in the nurture.Among children as an important part of society,the family,the environment and the way of growth has also been greatly affected.Number of children in China’s population of nearly 300 million people,as a large consumer groups are quietly formed,it will inevitably push up consumer demand for services for children,children’s services to the online market has brought great opportunities,therefore,it is necessary specifically for children design stage to meet their physical and psychological characteristics of the service platform.People continue to explore in this area,but there are still many problems,such as: poor children online learning autonomy;excellent resource scarcity,Online and offline service disconnect,the larger search difficult,difficult selection;online continuity so poor."O2O" means “Online To Offline”,which literally means "the combination of online and offline." In fact,the concept of "O2O" refers to the e-commerce progress of local life services,meaning making the off line and Internet businesstogether,so that the Internet becomes the front desk of the off line transactions.And online services can be used for offline to attract customer,consumers can use to filter online service,and online transaction settlement comes true,which helps to reach a certain scale.If you comprehend from this perspective,the concept is very extensive,as the chain involves in both online and offline,it can be called "O2O".This article on the " Online Child Services Platform" Current Research and "O2O technology" at home and abroad were analyzed,and the characteristics of "O2O technology" were presented by the kindergarten enrollment services platform functional requirements and design goals.Based on these requirements and objectives paper presents the design of the system.In terms of system security,we conducted important data MD5 encryption algorithm,From the system architecture,our client with front,rear data server,thus greatly reducing the security risks.Improve access to information security and user safety.
