Based on the previous X series digital video & audio network of Dayang Company,this dissertation raises whole-station network system scheme in the television station in the digital era through introduction of relevant technologies and equipments of present TV media and analysis of huge progress broadcasting television technology,has the huge transformation of TV news production procedure, it realized the design of the QTV news centers Sobey nonlinear edit-broadcasting-production network combining its real situation. System's design, equipment shaping and project construction strictly carry out our country visual broadcast standard and the related standard. It is in keeping with the international broadcast television technological development, It adapts to requests of technological development. These technologies including video & audio technology, computer technology, network service technology and so on. This dissertation mainly includes the following:The dissertation mainly analyse the broadcast television technology features.of large capacity, high speed, high-bandwidth. Paper also briefly introduced the QTV news centers SOBEY nonlinear Edition Network based on digital television coding technology, Fibre Channel technology, storage area network (SAN) technology, RAID technology, next-generation CPU+GPU+I/O technology and virtual Storage Technology and the latest developing achievements of related technologies.Starting from introduce the core storage S2A9550 of the SOBEY network, Leads to the calculation of the network storage capacity, the bandwidth and then analyze the network system architecture and topology. Finally analyzed the realization of the network HD editing,Support of Shooting, editing systems of Panasonic P2 memory card, network real-time broadcast technology, media asset management implementation. Paper details the design and construction of the SOBEY nonlinear Edition Network.As television news safety is very vital, This paper describes how to protect SOBEY broadcast network nonlinear system safe and reliable operation of the network from the seven aspects of the network structure, data security, maintenance and operation, to prevent attacks, prevent viruses, network management rules and regulations, emergency security policy.
