Doppler Wind Lidar becomes an effective way to retrieve atmosphere wind. The Wind Lidar is developed gradually from Ground Lidar to Mobile Lidar, Ship borne Lidar, Airborne Lidar and Space borne Lidar. The paper carries on the research on the application of Inertial Navigation System (INS) on the Doppler Wind Lidar and Reconstruction of the System Receiver under the background of the development of Doppler Wind Lidar from mobile to airborne developed by the Key Laboratory of Ocean Remote Sensing of the Ministry, Ocean University of China.During the development of the first incoherent Doppler Wind Lidar of China, the application of INS becomes to be an important part of the Doppler Lidar. The paper introduces firstly the basic principle of INS, defines the common coordinates, and shows the matrix algorithm of translation, analyzes the application of INS on the mobile Doppler Wind Lidar. Then the two mobile measurement experiments (with INS and without INS) are carried in the condition of Mobile Doppler Wind Lidar.Considering the stability of Doppler Wind Lidar for Airborne Lidar System, The vibration experiment is carried for two lasers of different seed injection technologies based on the Locking Frequency Theory and Vibration theory. Finally, the experiment results are also analyzed.After the success of the airborne lidar of Ocean University of China, the Receiver system has also been demanded to be miniaturization.According to the advantages of two Receiver systems, the paper makes comparison and conclusions, does the construction of the platform instrument, and finishes PID controlling circuit of Iodine Filter, the mechanical design and production of Iodine Filter, and simulation design and building of the whole system. Finally, the Iodine Filter experiment is also set up and carried as well as the whole system set up.
