So that it is very important to establish an agricultural environment monitoring database base on scientific, active system.In this research, it presents all part of function module for Anhui province agricultural environmental protection database base on the detail requirement analysis, moreover it applies development technology of computer synthetically, Database technique and GIS technique are utilized for the intensive development of database system, mainly talked about the method of the cost performance of crop for ecological adaptability, and in the module of cost performance for ecological adaptability, the strawberry of Changfeng county in Anhui as research example, use the fertilization project result of ground test in Ministry of Agriculture, synthetically use Delphi technique, layer analytical method and method of single element evaluation, use the method of multi-element evaluation to establish the module for Strawberry in Changfeng county in Anhui, and all evaluation results have been verified.the high appropriate and the appropriate area of strawberry in Changfeng accounts for about 64.7%of the total area, and the areas are mainly distributed in Shuihu, Luotang, Zuodian that in the north central region of Changfeng among the high appropriate area The cost performance of crop for ecological adaptability has been taken into part for ecological agriculture, Not only has it provided decisional reference for geographical distribution of crop, but also it benefits water pollution, improve the polluted soil structure and utilization rate of fertilization.
