To solve the current problems, such as the present backwardness of PVC soft-trademarks production technology, low efficiency, wasting energy, inferior quality and poor production condition, the development of control system in soft-trademarks machine of PVC, integrating the labeling, baking and cooling, is put forward in this thesis.Using the characteristics of the computer in high-speed, powerful computing power and user-friendly programming environment, and the advantage of motion control card in the interpolation and position control, the control system in soft-trademarks machine of PVC adopts"PC Machine + motion control card"development model.Thus the control system will have strong data processing and motion control capabilities, and can achieve high-performance, high-precision and complex control algorithms. Meanwhile the control software is simplified and modified easily, shortening the application development cycle.The main contents of this paper are hardware design and software developmen of control system in soft-trademarks machine of PVC based on the motion control. Firstly, the paper introduces the design of each functional module of the system hardware circuit, including the selection of motion control card and I/O card, the design of input and output interface circuit, the design of pulse-modulation circuit, the function implementation of servo system, the selection of some external components.Secondly, the paper proposes the architecture of the system software based on Object-Oriented Programming. According to the analysis of functional requirements and multi-task of the control system, and the structural characteristics of application software on the operating platform, the non-real-time and real-time tasks in the control system are divided, and the use of multi-thread technology is introduced. According to the design features of system application, using the MFC Framework in Visual C++, the man-machine interface of this system is designed and the design of each module in this control system is realized.Thirdly, the paper discusses the key algorithms of the control system, mainly including integral separation PID algorithm, coordinate mapping algorithm and interpolation algorithm. In order to meet the requirements of the system accuracy and real-time, the linear interpolation algorithm and S curve acceleration and deceleration are used in this paper. Finally, the experimental platform is built and the designed control system is debugged. At present, the basic function of the control system in soft-trademarks machine of PVC has been achieved, and can run stably in prototype. The user-friendly human-computer interaction is used and operated easily. The expected target has been basically realized.
