And then the requirements of anti.money laundering system implemented in this paper are analyzed. On the based of the requirements, the architecture and the detailed design of the system are given. The system is based on the Brower/Server (Brower/Server, B/S) architecture with applying the Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition (Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition, J2EE) and the Structs framework. This makes the system lower the prime cost of develop and easy to update and maintain. At last, a series of test are conducted to illustrate the system has achieved the mian functions.This system has been used successfully in the Hundred.year Life Company and the effect was very obvious. It improved greatly the efficiency and quality of the ensuring bussiness; saved the massive manpower and resources; reduced the labor intensity; simplified and standardized the links of ensuring bussiness; and perfected the enrollment operation flow and so on. The system can improve effectively the automated work level of the ensuring business handling, promote the internal audit and serve the anticipated design purpose well.
