Research On Internal Audit Transformation Of H Media Group Based On Corporate Governance

With the development of reform and the continuous improvement of the modern corporate governance,internal audit has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life,especially the internal audit of state-owned enterprises.In recent years,the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the People's Republic of China and the National Audit Office have issued a series of laws and regulations,clearly regarding internal audit as an important step to promote enterprises to improve their corporate governance and risk prevention ability.However,internal audit of state-owned enterprises is still on post-supervision stage,based on the perspective of financial management,which far cannot satisfy the reform and development needs of improving modern management level,and promoting the organization value-added.To effectively solve the problem of reform of the supply side of the internal audit,internal auditing transformation research based on corporate governance perspective is vital.H Media Group are currently under reform,objectively requiring the internal audit,an important functional department,to help the enterprise to comprehensively and accurately catch the macroscopic,global problems of mechanism reform,prevent risks and optimize the governance,so as to escort industry getting sustainable development.In order to effectively solve the contradiction that H Media Group's internal audit cannot meet the needs of subjective and objective development,this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of internal audit transformation from the perspective of corporate governance based on the in-depth analysis of the theory and relationship between corporate governance and internal audit and the latest "three-line model" principle.This paper analyzes the existing problems of internal audit and the necessity of internal audit reform from five aspects,which respectively are the current status of internal audit work is far behind the development of the modern theory,that assets supervision departments require internal audit to focus on corporate governance and risk prevention,that internal audit based on the perspective of the traditional financial management cannot meet the company development strategy,that internal audit work cannot meet the requirements of the board of directors to perfect the corporate governance,that internal audit results using is divorced from corporate governance.In order to promote the comprehensive transformation of the internal audit work and help enterprises to create the added value,we should explore the countermeasures of internal audit transformation from the perspectives of transforming the internal audit function,perfecting the internal audit system,innovating the internal audit work method,establishing the normal mechanism of audit rectification and strengthening the construction of talent team.Changing audit function,expanding audit thinking,and updating the audit concept should be taken as the core.The institutional constraints provide effective guarantee for the transformation.Information technology should be introduced,so that large data can be used to realize a complete coverage of the audit.Innovative reconciliation and cancellation mechanism is useful for strengthening audit corrective tracking,Association is ought to set to achieve multi-sectoral coordination.Besides,improving the management structure,and introducing assignment mechanism are also effective methods.In addition to escort H Media Group promoting internal audit transformation,those measures are also applied to the internal audit work practice of state-owned enterprises.
