Research And Applications In Data Mining Of Insurance Company Internal Audit

Domestic insurance companies attach adequately attention to internal audit, due to the introduction of internal audit in our country is still short. The existence value of internal audit institutions is also questionable. The roles internal audit played is restricted by many facts which led to lots of internal audit issues, such as inexperienced auditors, poor auditing technology and lack of internal audit organizational independence and authority. The arrival of the era of big data and data mining development and application of technology has brought new method to the insurance company’s internal audit.The purpose of this paper is: study how to use the concept of big data and data mining technology to innovation audit method and audit means, meanwhile make full use of the combine of traditional static audit and divergent type dynamic audit, in order to implement targeted for specific data structure of data mining method, using these methods and means to improve the ability to find problems, reduce the audit risk, to promote audit process running smoothly. In case the insurance company want to have good business performance, it must take compliance management as the premise and take the risk control as the basic. As a result, internal audit is essentially embodies organization actual need of the carrier. It is important for internal audit departments to reasonable use means audit to found problem if it want to give full play to its functions of supervision and inspection, asthe important line of defense to prevent risks.Author rearranges the internal audit and the ideas and methods of data mining on the basis of previous studies. On this basic, after repeated argument to the insurance company internal audit done further research technology, optimize the structure of the different data mining methods, try to design a set of in line with the insurance company internal audit technology processes and methods. The innovation of this paper lies in three following respects: First, it is in a traditional industry audit subversion of the era of new technology is introduced, the concept of data mining and large data full promotion in the internal audit system, accelerate the mind change of auditors; what is more, it is to use structured data and unstructured data technology are compared, for different stages of the process of data analysis, recommend using different mining technique, to improve the efficiency of the audit; last but not least, it is to design a set of simple mining process, from data acquisition to different data source(hard data, suspicious data, the hidden trouble data) are classified, simplify the procedure of mining.
