Ultrasound imaging technology in the terrain of medical imaging has been widely applicated with its unique advantages in clinical diagnosis and treatment. With ultrasound imaging and many other imaging technology appeared , medical image processing technology is playing an increasingly important role to medical research and clinical practice, and growing more and more effective day by day. These technology developing allows that clinicians could make the image of lesion more clearly and could be observed more directly, the rate of determine more higher to patients. The hardware devices using medical imaging technology are constantly innovating, but the algorithm and processing software for medical images processing, development are relatively backward, couldn't kept step with hardware development, as a bottleneck confined the development of imaging technology. The incidence of gall-stone disease is increasing steadily. Gall-stone is the most common gallbladder disease. In several diseases caused acute abdomen second appendicitis, the incidence of gall-stones gradually increased, and now the ultrasound diagnosis of gall-stone has been the prefect choice. B-able could clearly show the gallbladder, this check, although the detection rate of gallstones may be as high as 90% or more, but not 100%, In other words, there is still a small number of cases of missed or false negative. Therefore the use of computer image processing technology makes the B-image processing images more easily determine whether this is stone. The medical image processing method to gallstone laggard is mainly reflected in the image segmentation and feature extraction that two aspects.Based on the B-proposed imaging characteristics to gallstones, this paper introduce a new method witch split the strong light area of gallstones echo to replace the traditional methods for the analysis of gallstones, and research the theorys of image segmentation methods. B-pictures image of gallstones pretreatment, segmentation were extracted as the basis to the strong light area of gallstones echo. First, ultrasound images of gallstones pretreatment, the process of pretreatment is: regional selection, gray processing and filtering, describ the existing denoising algorithm for ultrasonic image, try a variety of denoising methods and chosen the median filter denoising algorithm at last; then, give a simple introduce to image segmentation algorithm ,after the analysis to the existing segmentation algorithm, chose the more fitted to ultrasonic image processing method that threshold segmentation and relaxed iterative segmentation to research , analyse the image segmentation results, and programming realize the denoising and segmentation algorithms; In addition, based on gallstone B-image relaxed iterative segmentation, the strong light area of gallstones echo realized, the segmented using morphological operation, edge detection, extraction, the strong light area compensation, and other steps; At last, experimental verification of the proposed method, the results show that the method is feasible and can be further improved to solve the computer measurement of gallstones.
