With the development of technology standards, more and more image information is referenced to the medical field, particularly three-dimensional image reconstruction is basically in evitable medicine now. For these reasons, we compared the basis of a variety of image segmentation methods and will propose a new method of image segmentation transition region extraction. We write this software development platform is Microsoft Visual C + + 2012.The purpose of our study is to write a software, which is according to a new method of image segmentation image segmentation and strive to continuously be able to outline the exact boundaries, so that the computer can recognize it. In accordance with the target area, it can reproduce the lines outlined in the reconstruction process and achieve the purpose of three-dimensional reconstruction rapidity.In order to improve medical image reconstruction process and the interaction of two-dimensional image segmentation efficiency, we tested a new method of extract the transition zone to verify the effect of the efficiency of dividing and image reconstruction.The new transition region extraction method is to read the original image from medical equipment or medical workstation and construct the image in accordance with the transitional fragments scattered gray values of the original image. According to certain rules, the last fragment of the transition region is connected into the transition zone,which is based on the transition zone thinning outline boundaries. Thus we can achieve a interactive medical image segmentation. After a number of experiments, the results showed that the interactive segmentation to extract the transition zone, which based on the new method compared with that based on edge extraction method, the manual interaction split time was reduced approximately 39.37% and the total time of segmenting image was reduced about 26.47%. Extraction method which based on the new transition region segmentation of medical images is significantly increased the clarity, and compare with other image segmentation method that resolution gray-scale have improved significantly. Finally, I think the transition region extraction based on the new law will be retained strong transition region segmentation method of noise immunity, tissue contrast of medical images advantage of the good image of the weak boundary extraction effect, the reduction of human involvement in the interactivesegmentation time and frequency. it can increase the detail resolution medical images. it will be able to reproduce a more realistic three-dimensional images of human medicine and will greatly improve the efficiency of three-dimensional reconstruction, improve the diagnostic accuracy of the disease.
