There are lots of complex industrial processes in many industries, all of which are nonlinearity, time-varying and uncertainty. In general, accurate mathematical models can not be built in such system. The traditional method and control strategy are not able to control these objects effectively, which result in ineffective control, poor control quality and the system robustness is poor.The technology of human-simulated intelligent control provides a new effective way for solving optimizing control problem of complex industrial process. It does not rely on accurate mathematical model of the object, and can control the complex objects very well by simulating the human experience, but human-simulated intelligent control also has deficiencies. Taking the problems that still exist in optimizing parameters of the control theory of human-simulated intelligent into consideration, this paper designs a strategy of human-simulated intelligent control based on fuzzy logic parameters.Fuzzy logic is a mathematical method, which transforms the uncertainty information into a kind of algorithm that computer can work with, and transforms the knowledge of one's fuzzy experience in the human brain into procedural rules. Then by simulating the reason in human brain for fuzzy operation, a reasonable output which suits the human brain's thinking can be obtained. And by doing lots of simulating study of human-simulated intelligent control based on fuzzy logic at the platform of MATLAB, the simulation results indicate that this algorithm has good control performance and can be applied to many different objects, providing an effective solution for complex industrial process control.At last, taking an automatic width control of hot-rolling strip production process as study object, a fuzzy human-simulated intelligent control of width control in solving the problems in the hot-rolling strip production process has been designed in this paper.The main work of this paper is:(1)The background and significance of the subject research were elaborated, and the currently available methods of complex industrial process control research were reviewed and summarized.(2) The basic idea of human-simulated intelligent control theory was firstly elaborated in this chapter, and then the deficiency of human-simulated intelligent control theory in parameter tuning was analyzed and summarized. It focuses on the design methods of human-simulated intelligent controller based on fuzzy logic parameter tuning.(3) A large number of simulation studies on human-simulated intelligent control based on fuzzy logic parameter tuning have been done, and the simulation including the different parameters, different thresholds, different objects and different settings four cases, the results show that the human-simulated intelligent controller based on fuzzy logic parameter tuning can be applied to many different objects, it is a feasible and effective control strategy.(4) The current problems on width control are discussed with the technical staff based on familiar with the hot rolling strip production process. Human-simulated intelligent control based on fuzzy logic parameters is applied on the width control for solving the problems. Finally, the results of MATLAB simulation show that the control strategy has good performance. This strategy can be used to control the actual object.
