The development of life science is base on the development of life science instrument, many important projects and researches do not arise without these instruments. Gene amplification equipment is an important life science instrument. As the preferred instrument about the analysis of gene amplification in the life sciences, it has also been widely used in genetics, medicine, agriculture and other fields.This paper mainly based on the features of gene amplification and design the software and hardware about the temperature control system. In order to achieve the function of heating or cooling, it apply the drive circuit control to control the semiconductor refrigeration; The platinum resistance be used to temperature sensor and make a temperature signal into a voltage signal, this voltage signal will be sent into the control chip, after treatment the chip will output PWM with different waveform, To achieve PWM control circuit through the optical coupling; The paper use of fuzzy PID control to improving the speed and accuracy of heating and cooling, after fuzzy about PID parameters of the traditional, it can improve its accuracy and apply fast controlThe paper complete hardware design by the above method, and debug the software base on the hardware, the temperature control system can achieve good result of PCR. Through the effect of debug, beside the accuracy, this temperature control system also have achieved good results on speed of heating and cooling, the whole system also has good features and operability.
