This paper adopts the laser triangulation measuring theory to design the laser displacement sensor, it studies the laser transmitting, receiving of the optical system, photoelectric signal management and calculating method, thus, can calculate the measure displacement accurately. The paper bases on the factors of affecting measurement accuracy, emphatically discusses the laser collimator emission, laser receiving optical system design and method of application aspherical to correct system aberration, analyses the respective imaging characteristics of the spherical lens and aspherical lens, and puts forward to optical system design program of solving the field of view and depth of field, then verifies the system. When the system controls circuit design, it proposes the adaptive controller for laser intensity to improve the ability of adapting different environment through bandpass filter technology. The paper applies software to realize the gravity algorithm of CCD flare so as to replace the maximum method, which guarantees and improves the measuring accuracy of the system to a great degree.
