With the IP network of new applications emerging, the requirement of community user groups to the growing demand for broadband, quality of service on the IP network, are raised. Flexible traffic classification QINQ as the key technology can satisfy the operational distinction between multi-service MAN and streaming needs. A flexible way of Precise Binding QINQ program is used in MAN of Xi'an, which is a approach to provide users distinguished labels and different services. The targets of Precise Binding is for precise positioning of each user's unique identifier to provide services, such as the judgement of failure, binding accounts and so on. In this article, flexible QINQ theory and several important concepts were introduced first, then the status of Xi'an MAN IP network was introduced, and the ADSL dial-up access methods were discussed later. Then the debugging procedure of flexible QINQ technology was mainly examinated.In my practical work, I took a DSLAM equipment as the foundation, carried on the testing after it had been configured by the way of Precise Binding. Then the network current capacity, the latency, the drop rate, the port success rate and falls were measured. The analysis and the examination of the system after configuration, performanced optimization. A new scheme was also brought in, in order to improve the field of the business technological process for newly opened consumer, which was applied to improve the performance of network not only, but also to raise the efficiency of user binesses.
