As a type of picture-scanning input equipment, Photogrammetric scanner has become a production picture-scanning digital images of key equipment and is widely used in the fields in which need high precise photogrammetric digital video, such as total digital photograph measurement, remote sensing, geographical information system and so on, it is a necessary picture-scanning input device for the mapping department. It is of significance to research and develop a high cost-effective Photogrammetric scanner nowadays.By referring to a large number of domestic and foreign literature, our research project conduct depth detailed study in working principle, technical specifications, structure, applications fields, stress strength, we propose a design proposal of integrated structure for Photogrammetric scanner and design the key components of its structure. we complete the base and supporting parts, film transport system, scanning imaging system design in the process, in which we make a selection for the motor, ball screw selection, etc. through theoretical calculations And analysis, to focus on the design of its transmission system. In this paper, we adpot CAD software SolidWorks to complete and establish the three-dimensional solid modeling of the overall structure of Photogrammetric scanner.This paper will make the static analysis for parts of the table and the rail carriage static characteristics using common finite element software ANSYS Workbench and display the structure of the stress field and displacement field, to check if these components meet the strength and stiffness requirements in working situation. Moreover, we carry out modal analysis and obtain natural frequencies and modes. From the modal analysis we get the situations of stiffness strength and elasticity deformation about each part of the carriage part, and carried out many times tests to improve the holder support frame structure enhance its stability which is the most seriously deformation and has direct impact to the quality of the scan.
